International Tender – MAGEBU Free Trade Zone

MAGEBU Free Trade Zone (Burundi) is launching an international tender for the implementation of an ERP system to automate and centralize its operations.

Project Scope

• Analysis, design, development, and testing
• System deployment and installation
• Maintenance of the ERP system
• Coverage of operations: commercial, logistics, finance, HR, and security

Project Duration

Maximum duration: 2 months (including development, testing, deployment, and training).

Eligibility Requirements

• Legally registered company (local or international)
• Experience in ERP or integrated systems
• Strong technical skills (secure applications, APIs, databases)
• Ability to work in multi-institution environments
• Qualified technical team

Submission Requirements

• Proposal in French and English
• Technical proposal and methodology
• Company legal documents (NIF, registration, etc.)
• Proof of past experience
• CV of project lead
• Detailed financial proposal
